Changes effective Jan 1st 2025

1. Maryland- Howard County Minimum wage for employers with 15 or more employees Becomes $16.00 per hour. 
2. District of Columbia Retailers are required to accept cash, with exceptions.
3. Minimum Wage in Delaware becomes $15.00 per hour.

District of Columbia:

.The Motor Fuel Tax and Local Transportation Surcharge Per Gallon Amounts for Tax Year 2026 (beginning October 1, 2025)

Gas and Diesel will increase $0.004  to $0.357 on October 1,2025

DELAWARE: As of October 1, 2025, Delaware will implement new Alternative Fuel Vehicle (AFV) Fees.
